History
Our commitment to superior customer service began with the company's founder, John Ruch, in 1984. John and his wife Joan were hands-on broker managers that believed in training agents to serve above the standard. John handpicked Dean Hicks to manage his firm in 1997. Dean has been in Real Estate since 1985 and served in sales management for most of those years. He bought the Company in 1998 and continued the quality service tradition. He proudly displays the Century 21 Quality Service (QS)Awards in the lobby of our office.
These awards are not trophies given by one Realtor to another, or by an Association to note service rendered. QS awards are given based solely on customer surveys submitted to Century 21. To win you must maintain an almost perfect grade on office and agent service, as judged by the client alone. There are 6,700 Century 21 offices in the world. Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant electronic access to every home for sale in Central Indiana. The Ruch, Hicks agent can answer questions, schedule showings, and conduct transactions on any Central Indiana property regardless of where the property is listed.
We also have five full time staff members to accommodate all inquiries during extensive 7-day business hours. There are no robots - live humans answer the phone, set appointments, and forward calls.
